Thisrole requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record inbuilding and maintaining successful partnerships in various regionsaccross globe. The ideal candidate will possess exceptionalcommunication skills strategic thinking and a deep understanding ofB2B sales processes.

Qualification:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Sales and Marketing/ International Business/ or a relatedfield; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully developing and managing B2B partnerships in the USACanada Asia Pacific Middle East and othergeographies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B salesprocesses and relationshipbuilding in a businesscontext.
  • Excellent negotiation communicationand presentation skills.
  • Ability to thinkstrategically and solve complexproblems.
  • Experience in contract negotiationand management.
  • Familiarity with HR Techindustries and markets.
  • Resultsdriven with afocus on achieving and exceedingtargets.
  • Ability to work underpressure.
  • Hands on experience onany of the CRM tools HubSpot Salesforce CRM Zapier Zoho MarketoSendinblue

KeyResponsibilities:

1.StrategicPartnershipDevelopment:

  • Identifyand evaluate potential strategic B2B partners for businesscollaboration in the USA Canada Asia Pacific Middle East and othergeographies.
  • Generate Leads through variouschannels for the partnership.
  • Develop andexecute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenuegrowth and market expansion.
  • Build and nurturerelationships with key decisionmakers in potential partnerorganizations.
  • Attending HR Tech conferences/events/ roadshows for generating business and companybranding.

2.RelationshipManagement:

  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with key partners ensuring mutualsuccess and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate withinternal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery ofpartnershipinitiatives.

3.Negotiationand ContractManagement:

  • Leadnegotiations and finalize partnership agreements that align withcompany objectives.
  • Ensure compliance withlegal and regulatory requirements in partnershipcontracts.

4.CrossfunctionalCollaboration:

  • Workclosely with sales marketing product and operations teams to alignpartnership activities with overall businessobjectives.
  • Provide strategic input andcollaborate with internal teams to develop joint marketingcampaigns sales collateral and othermaterials.

5.MarketAnalysis:

  • Conductmarket research to identify trends opportunities and potentialcollaborators.
  • Stay informed about industrydevelopments and competitoractivities.

6.PerformanceMonitoring:

  • Define andtrack key performance indicators (KPIs) forpartnerships.
  • Regularly assess and report onthe performance of partnerships making datadriven recommendationsfor improvement.
