Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Building**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet property owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, and offer tailored property management solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns effectively.
- **Sales Presentations & Property Tours**:
- Present and explain the company’s property management services to potential clients through property tours.
- Demonstrate the benefits of the company’s offerings, such as leasing, tenant management, and maintenance services.
- Assist clients in evaluating the value of property management services for their specific needs.
- **Negotiating & Closing Sales**:
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with new clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon.
- Close sales by securing new property management contracts and services for the company.
- Meet KPIs set by management.
- **Market Research & Competitive Intelligence**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- **Reporting & Administrative Duties**:
- sales reports - including details of prospects, meetings, and sales progress.
- Ensure that all sales processes are followed, including managing contracts and required documentation.
- **Customer Support & Problem Solving**:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Address any post-sale issues or concerns and work with other teams to resolve them effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Freshers or 2-3 years of experience in sales is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with clients in a consultative manner.
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and property visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible work schedule.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
