Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the relevant staff member.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, and visitors.
- Assist with administrative projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication(English) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
