**Job Description**:
**Role : Banking Governance Executive (Controllership)**

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Working with cross functional teams and ensure the governance on Wipro Global banks are up to date and best in class
- Working with various banks across the globe to build strong working relationships and enable timelines are met and see substantial reduction over a period of time
- Data management with utmost accuracy and sensitivity
- Perform activities like corporate account opening, KYC update and other maintenance related activities, in compliance with Data privacy regulations
- SAP knowledge preferable
- Possess understanding of legal documents like Board resolutions, Power of attorney and related documents.
- Understands basic payment flow in bank system and accounting aspects.
- Stakeholders’ management.
- Continuous focus on process, controls and automations
- Support audit related activities.
- Good knowledge of MS tools and PowerPoint.
- Predominantly a Work from office role, based out of Bangalore

Qualifications:

- Any graduate or postgraduate with 2+ years’ experience in corporate banking role.
- Excellent inter-personal communication and organizational skills.
- Driver of high standards for individual, team and organisational accomplishment and delivering service excellence to internal and external customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and managing large operations teams
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
