**Front Desk Management Responsibilities**:
**Greet and Assist Visitors**:Warmly welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression of the organization.
Assist guests with inquiries, providing necessary information, and guiding them to the appropriate areas.
**Professional and Friendly Interaction**:Ensure a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with visitors, clients, and staff.
Effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a courteous manner.
**Incoming Call Handling**:Manage incoming calls with a polite and helpful approach.
Answer queries and direct calls to the relevant departments or personnel.
**Call Redirection**:Efficiently redirect calls to the appropriate recipients within the organization.
Provide accurate information to callers and assist in connecting them with the right contacts.
**Message Relay**:Take detailed messages when required and relay them promptly to the intended recipients.
Ensure that urgent messages are communicated in a timely manner.
**Visitor Guidance**:Provide guidance to visitors on the location of offices, meeting rooms, and other facilities within the premises.
Maintain knowledge of ongoing events or meetings to assist visitors effectively.
**Security Measures**:Enforce security protocols by verifying the identity of visitors and ensuring they follow sign-in procedures.
Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
**Administrative Support**:Provide administrative support by managing mail and courier deliveries.
Assist in maintaining records related to visitors, calls, and other relevant data.
**Problem Resolution**:Address any issues or concerns raised by visitors or callers promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve problems effectively.
**Maintain Clean and Organized Reception Area**:Keep the reception area tidy and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure that informational materials are up-to-date and accessible.
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
