We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Royal Enfield / Honda / TVS / Hero / Bajaj for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers.

- Work Experience:

- **min 2 Yrs** in Sales & Business Development (Retailers, wholesaler & other distribution network)
- Qualification:

- Graduation (MBA preferred)

Key Requirements:

- Basic computer skills - Mail, MS Excel
- 2Wheeler & Valid DL.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

- **Willing to Travel -** min **15 days in a month** travel to **nearby outstation** (Will be covering the allotted area intensively) & Presence in the Distribution Hub once in a week.
- Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics.
- Responsible for sale of Genuine Spare Parts and Accessories in designated territory.
- Build and sustain business relationship with retailers.
- Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels.
- Participate in weekly retail performance reviews.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary:

- Rs.20,000-25,000/- per month + Min Monthly Incentive Rs. 5,000-8,000/- + TA + DA + PF & ESIC + Insurance (Rs. 2 Lakh Accidental and Rs.1 Lakh Medical).
