**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company and make them customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
- Provide feedback and insights on call performance and customer interactions to improve processes and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an international BPO, particularly in outbound projects.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a sales-driven role.
- Familiarity with the retail industry.
