Field Sales Executive

Vadodara, India Magnificent Decor Full time

**Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and visiting clients( Architect/ Interior Designers/ Upcoming companies and Industries).**:

- **Office Location will be Akota, Vadodara**:

- Attend to walk in customers’ inquiries
- Provide professional and excellent customer service in product selection on the retail shop
- Maintain store cleanliness and products display
- Promote sales of high-end furnishing and lifestyle products plus accessories
- Identify marketing opportunities for new customers
- Good professional customer care and services
- Coordinate display of merchandise in showrooms
- A constant drive to improve store layout and displays
- Maintain and upkeep of showroom
- **Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.**:

- **Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.**:

- **Ability to Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.**

**Qualifications**
- **2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience**:

- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and sales driven
- Ability to maintain and build customer relationship
- Passionate in Interior design/home furnishing industry
- Excellent and enjoy building relationship with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales (preferred)
- Campaign Management (preferred)
- Management (preferred)
