Inside Sales Executive

Calling potential/existing customers & selling them the company's product & services.
- Updating the CRM with call results.
- Timely follow-up with clients to ensure better conversion.
- Managing the relationship with the customers even after the product/service is sold.
- Deliver required login hours, talk time & maintain wrap time within the specified targets.
- Overachieve daily/weekly & monthly targets.
- Taking sup calls & converting the leads for new hires.You will report to the Inside Sales -Manager. Your responsibilities will be selling products & services of the company over the phone & assisting the supervisor in managing the team in his absence. The objective of this position is to deliver monthly sales targets while keeping quality and customer satisfaction at expected levels.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
