**Position : PPC Expert**

**Location : Noida**

**Salary : up to 4 LPA**

**Mandatory skill : Mobile Application Marketing**
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and target audience segments.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, ad creative refinement, bid adjustments, and other techniques to improve performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Continuously analyze competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to align marketing objectives, messaging, and campaign assets.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and changes in PPC advertising platforms, algorithms, and policies.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, particularly on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficient in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics, to track campaign performance and generate insights.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimizations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming industry is a Plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
