Admin Executive

To welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. Filing, scanning, storage and security of documents. Administration of day to day activities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Employee induction, monitoring office supplies, safety and housekeeping, vendor management etc.
- Preparing feedback reports. Ensuring smooth functioning of the centres, responsible for solving staff concerns and behavior or temperament.
- Work and manage on calendars, drafting letters and documents and initiating telecommunications.
- Work on appointments and schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Attendance tracking and doing monthly payroll.
- Faculty late punchin records and keep track on the timings.
**Salary**: ₹18,436.15 - ₹35,000.00 per month
