Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Andheri West
Job description
1.Supervising the day-to-day operations of the operations department and staff members.
2.Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
3.Ensuring the fulfilment centre is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
4.Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
5.Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
6.Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
7.Preparing MIS, reports and following up accounts receivable
8. Ordering Inventory and Consumables for new stores and assisting in complete setup of the new store openings.
**Should be flexible to travel around Mumbai for new store openings. Office base will be Andheri West**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
