To ensure that the entire customer service process runs smoothly to satisfy customer expectations as well as the needs of the business
- **Key Responsibilities Areas**

- To Warehouse location Active/Inactive & SPOC
- Docking capacity update & preferred inward time slot
- Update repair qty and categorize the repair
- Client location update
- Client SPOC update
- Feedback from the customer in terms of quality and timely delivery
- Rapport building/Client relationship
- Internal coordination for delivery of products whether in batches or in full?
- Internal coordination for delivery of products whether in batches or in full?
- Service requirement for working MHE - POC (once in a week)
- Repairable condition of non-working MHE - POC (once in a week)
- Reminding service SLA to TARON team
- Inventory update - POC (once in a week)
- Feedback Calls - Cx (every 2 weeks)
**Report and Analytics**
- To create different reports as per the business requirements e.g. Sales Order V/s Dispatch Report, MTD (Month to Date) Report daily
- To create the implementation report weekly for newly onboarded customers
- To conduct daily data analysis for allocation and return
- To prepare the Ad-hoc reports and provide them to the different departments within the company as per requirement
**Customer Database Management**
- To make sure the customer database is correctly segmented (SAP/CRM) daily
- To manage the Master - Clean Up Periodically
**Support Role**
- To handle the needs/queries of sales representatives and customers in terms of providing accurate data
- **Required Skills and Abilities**:
- Attention to detail
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SAP (Added Advantage)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Complete knowledge of MS - Excel (Advanced), Word, and PowerPoint

- The job involves being proactive and vigilant for the job because there is a lot of pressure to process a lot of orders efficiently each day.
