Secretary Assistant

Job Profile
- Taking dictation, transcription & handling telephone calls
- Arranging internal & external meetings, booking meeting rooms, working lunch inhouse/ outside etc.
- Formatting reports, proposals and presentations, etc.
- Filling, updating contact information of employees, suppliers and vendors
- Assisting in events, workshops, conferences in-house & external
- CRM - updating clients contacts
- Assist area in matters related to accounts deptt/ materials; getting internal, approvals etc.
- Photocopying/printing/scanning of documents
- Filing of project, proposal related documents & maintaining soft copies in the systems
- Arranging & maintaining stationery, raise purchase and travel requisitions
- Performing any other misc. duties as assigned by Area members
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
