**Job Summary**:
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing customers in their assigned territory as well as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities while using the company load truck to travel to different locations and formulating new sales routes. They will play a key role in promoting Broons Tea products and increasing brand awareness, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to gather information about customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
- Promote Broons Tea products and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Build and manage a sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
