**Role Description**

We are looking for a full-time **Calls Executive** to join our team at The Bearing Factory in Gurugram. The Calls Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing incoming leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and providing support to existing customers. This role plays a key part in our lead management strategy, ensuring high conversion rates and strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries
- Manage incoming customer calls and provide accurate product information
- Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions and lead status
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, ensuring timely conversions
- Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or questions
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion metrics

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to manage and organize multiple leads simultaneously
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or telesales is a plus
- Ability to work with CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred

This is a full-time, on-site **Sales Call** role based in Gurugram. As a Sales Call representative at The Bearing Factory, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, participating in sales activities, conducting training sessions, and managing sales operations to ensure smooth lead management and business growth.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
