- **Vendor Communication**: Maintain effective communication with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to coordinate timely shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during the import process.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipping routes, reduce lead times, and minimize costs. Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- **Quality Control**: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure imported goods meet specified standards and requirements.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage imported inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- **Cost Analysis**:Conduct cost analysis on import processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- **Compliance**: Stay abreast of changes in import regulations and trade compliance. Ensure all import activities align with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Education and Work Experience Requirements**:
**Educational Requirement:

- **
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

**Work Experience Requirements: 4**-5 Years in the Relevant Field

**Other Work Requirement:

- Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export laws, and international trade practices.
- Understanding of SAP work.
- Follow up with buyer & Seller
- Excellent communication.
- Proficient in using import/export software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge or experience in oil manufacturing or related industries is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- **Age **- Young Energetic Individual with age less than 30 Years. (Exception permitted).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
