**Job Description: Academic and Placement Cordinator**

**Location**: South Extension, New Delhi

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations & Administration**:
Oversee attendance management, resource availability, course delivery, and student engagement activities. Ensure smooth functioning of academic schedules and events.
- **Recruitment & Staffing**:
Manage the hiring process for training and non-training staff. Ensure timely onboarding, smooth collaboration, and performance alignment with center goals.
- **Placement & Industry Outreach**:
Lead placement efforts by building relationships with companies. Organize interviews and career events to secure job roles for students.
- **Academic Oversight**:
Monitor course progress, project submissions, and ensure on-time completion of the syllabus. Coordinate student participation in competitions, workshops, and industry events.
- **Team Coordination & Collaboration**:
Conduct regular meetings with trainers and administrative teams to align goals and track performance. Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across departments.
- **Resource & Infrastructure Management**:
Monitor lab resources, software licenses, and equipment maintenance to ensure uninterrupted learning.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote academic activities, student success stories, and placement achievements through various platforms.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:
Maintain student records, track academic performance, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. Prepare reports and conduct audits as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in center management, operations, or academic administration, preferably in education or training.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in staff recruitment and student placement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency with management tools and software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
