**Desirable**: Minimum three years of proven work experience in property management including coordination of housekeeping, maintenance and renovations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff/supporting staff on day
- to day basis.

2. Ensure excellence in housekeeping sanitation, safety and aesthetics for students, staff members and guests.

3. Ensure proper communication within the department by conducting regular meeting with the staff.

4. Evaluate employee performance, counsel and motivate employees on various duties, supervise the discipline and conduct of the staff.

5. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for housekeeping and develop new procedures to increase efficiency of staff and product use.

6. Approval of supply requisitions for the housekeeping and to maintain minimum stock and cost control procedures for all materials.

7. Maintain regular inventory, checking, maintenance and repair of furniture, linen, uniform, other equipments in the school.

8. Maintains an accurate record of all audit reports in order to track and record staff performance related to cleanliness standards.

9. Redressal of all complaints/grievances related to estates matters.

10. Actively participate in recruiting and training new housekeeping/supporting staff.

11. Conducting pre-event inspection of all classrooms, office rooms and public areas in the school.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
