Managing work and family schedules
- Organising meetings & appointments
- Book and arrange travel and accommodation for Work and Private trips
- Book and make arrangements for work and private events
- Remind the Directors of Important tasks, deadlines and events at both work and at home
- Managing filing systems
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients for official and personal work of the Directors
- Supervising housekeeper to ensure Akshar Foundation (NGO) office and directors' residence are clean.
- Receiving calls, deliveries, visitors.
- Checking inventory of fruits and vegetables, preparing shopping lists, stowing the groceries.
- Caring for animals on campus (2 dogs and a few cats).
- Sleep on premises when the Executive Director is alone (2-8 weeks per year)
- Accommodation can be provided
**Requirements**:
- 3 - 4 years of experience as a personal assistant/ Administrative role would be advantageous.
- Dog/ animal friendly is a must
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, record keeping, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
