Hospital Operations Executive

The operations management department of a hospital performs many tasks related to overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the hospital. Some of their responsibilities include:

- Creating policies that support operations and the provision of excellent care
- Ensuring the hospital operates according to all legal standards, such as ensuring all medical providers regularly update their licensing and participate in continued education and professional development
- Form partnerships with other local health care facilities to provide care for the community
- Overseeing the hospital's staffing needs and performing tasks like recruiting, training and on-boarding for new employees
- Analyzing workflows and updating strategies to improve the efficiency of services

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sodepur, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 2 years (required)
- manpower handling: 1 year (preferred)
