JOB PURPOSE
- Assist in the implementation of the business process initiatives and digital transformation
- Ensure the business is continuously improving and agile in responding effectively to changes in Corporate Strategy

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program Management for large transformational programs related to Group Tech and Group Operations
- Being a professional that works with their assigned business units to embed and evolve business process management discipline and a continuous improvement culture
- Business Process Reengineering for Process Optimization, Operations Support and group-wide Process Documentation
- Collate preliminary information for conducting effective process assessments and reviews
- Analyse multiple data sources to create reports for effective decisioning
- Identification of Subject Matter Experts across the organization and leveraging their knowledge into tangible process improvement opportunities
- To do the As-Is vs To-Be modelling for various processes
- Working across all business functions to complete multi-disciplinary Business Process Modelling
- Provide system development, administration, operations, maintenance, and monitoring support
- Working closely with associated business functions (e.g. Strategy & Innovation, People, Digital Transformation etc) to translate Business Process changes into requirements that can be implemented by each discipline (e.g. org structure changes, changes to enterprise architecture etc).
- Training and management of a network of Business Process Champions throughout the organization.
- Maintain a pulse on leading practices trends around business process management, EA, modeling standards, etc.
- Responsible for establishing business objectives around process modeling and architecture, coordinating business planning, the development of short
- and long-term strategic plans and identification and analysis of business opportunities.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Excellent knowledge of business process architecture
- Awareness in enterprise business process tools (e.g. ARIS, Casewise, QPR etc)
- Awareness in process automation (RPA) (e.g. Blue Prism)
- Contribute towards the implementation of customer-centric processes to enhance overall customer experience
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect with different stakeholders to capture process information and present it in a lucid manner
- Good collaboration skills
- Constructive mindset and welcoming attitude
- Team Player

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of bachelor's degree from a recognized institute with a degree preference in Business Administration
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience with minimum of 2 years should be in project management / data management/ process design or process management
- A Master's degree in business administration will be advantageous.
- Quality-related certification such us EFQM/LEAN / Six Sigma qualification or equivalent will be advantageous.
- Understanding of real estate industry processes would be a plus
- High proficiency with standard computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and QPR/Visio
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
