Bengaluru, India LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) Full time

PURPOSE: as part of LSEG’s ERPM Program, Project Accounting & Fixed Assets SME is responsible for supporting the process design and several project activities included in scope. This role will articulate accounting and reporting requirements from a managerial and statutory standpoint. Must be familiar with investment reporting and other enterprise processes such as Cash Out (Source to Pay), Intercompany and Tax. The role will report to the R2R Workstream Lead.

This role is a hybrid working role, with a blended approach of home and office working.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Degree or equivalent and / or relevant professional qualification.
- Experience on project accounting activity: timesheets, rate cards, projects valuation, etc.
- Technical knowledge about fixed assets addition, reclassification, depreciation, disposal and about Intangibles (fair value, impairment, etc)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Partner with multiple stakeholders in the Finance group to assess and clearly articulate requirements.
- Recommend intercompany process improvements to bring automation, efficiency and compliance.
- Work closely with Global Process Owners across functions and stakeholders in other teams such as Consolidation, Tax and Controllership.
- Ensure operational compliance with local and group policies and internal control framework.
- Insight about differences between countries statutory requirements and managerial.
