**Tandoor Commi 1**
**Job Summary**:
As a Tandoor Commi 1, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of tandoor dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards. You will ensure the highest quality of food production, presentation, and sanitation in the tandoor section of the kitchen.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Tandoor Cooking**: Prepare and cook various tandoor dishes such as naan, roti, tandoori chicken, kebabs, and other traditional Indian dishes.
- **Ingredient Preparation**: Assist in preparing ingredients for tandoor dishes, including marinating meats, preparing dough for bread, and chopping vegetables as required.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain tandoor ovens and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all tandoor dishes meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and portion control.
- **Hygiene and Sanitation**: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of food, maintaining a clean workstation, and following sanitation procedures.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of tandoor dishes as per customer orders.
- **Menu Development**: Assist in developing and testing new tandoor recipes and menu items.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of tandoor ingredients and supplies.
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
