Job description
- Typically focus on Modern trade, Ecommerce and distribution within a specific geographical area.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and gather insights to drive sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals.
- Monitor and develop new customers.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
