**What is the Role?**

We are looking to hire the Founding Partner Sales Lead you will have completely own EPC Partner Sales at the company.

You will be networking with the leading EPC companies of the country and developing partnerships with them. You will be responsbile for onboarding them to the SafEarth platform and helping them succeed in their association with us.

If you are passionate about solar, then, this is the perfect role for you to help scale the industry in India and beyond.

As a part of this role, you will:

- Lead the EPC Partner Sales Team
- Develop leads, nurture relationships and close orders
- Work with EPC partners to ensure their success on our platform
- Help build the platform to solve the problems faced by EPC partners

Must Haves?
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role
- Storytelling skills to create enticing narratives
- Ability to be highly organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented to structure problems and solve from first principles
- Team Player
- Huge plus if you’ve worked with remote teammates and understand the communication patterns of working with highly distributed remote teams
- Comfortable with taking ownership of complex challenges
- Result oriented attitude
- Passionate about climate tech

Good to Have
- Understanding of the Clean Energy ecosystem, latest capabilities, and regulations would be a bonus
- Past Sales experience in either solar or SaaS would be a huge bonus
- _**4+ years of hands-on product experience working on tech products**_
- Familiarity with product funnels, sprints & agile ways of working
- Masters / bachelors degree in Marketing / Sales or equivalent preferred

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹91,000.00 per month
