Your primary responsibilities will include performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and redirect phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and reservations.
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Provide general administrative support to executives and team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with office management software (e.g., ERP systems or CRM systems).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
