**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage office operations, including maintaining files, records, and documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading documents and reports.
- **Payment and Billing Assistance**:
- Collect payments from clients and customers, and issue receipts.
- Assist with managing invoices, bills, and petty cash.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- **Day-to-Day Operations**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
