Export Documentation Executive

**Job Details**:
1. Preparing Order Confirmation based on customers' Purchase Orders and sharing the same with the customers.
2. Maintaining payment details of every customer. i.e. Commission, Advance & Balance payment.
3. Sharing inward documents with our Accounts team upon receipt of inward payment.
4. Updating & Maintaining the Booking sheet which contains various details like customer order, the value of the order, pending orders, payments, No. of containers dispatched, Invoice details... etc.
5. Maintaining open order reports of all USA & Brazil customers.
6. Informing customers about the readiness of their materials (no. of containers) & asking for agent details in case of FOB shipment.
7. Preparing invoices with customer details and prices and sharing it with CHA.
8. Uploading E-Invoice & E-waybill on e-Invoice portal.
9. Making customer invoices as per their requirement.
10. Preparing ISF (Importer Security Filing) details for all USA customers and sharing the same.
11. Sharing BL Draft to the customer and getting confirmation on same.
12. Checking Insurance of the shipment.
13. Sending All scan documents to the customer (BL, Invoice, Packing List, Detail packing list, Insurance, MTC/MTR, COO)
14. Taking care of all documents that needs to be couriered to the customer.
Following up on any complaints related to MTC, Quality of products, any documents.
**Salary**: ₹18,619.97 - ₹55,100.93 per month
