Export Documentation Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Generate and review commercial invoices, packing lists, and other financial documents required for international shipments in compliance with export regulations and company policies.
- Verify accuracy of pricing, quantities, and other financial information on export documentation before submission to customers, customs authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and cost allocation for international shipments.
- Reconcile export-related transactions in the accounting system, including sales revenue, shipping costs, and customs duties, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of export-related financial reports, including profitability analysis, variance analysis, and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve any invoicing or financial discrepancies related to international shipments.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide documentation and support for export-related audits and compliance reviews.
- Stay informed about changes to export regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards that may impact financial documentation and reporting requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on export documentation processes, accounting procedures, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline export documentation and accounting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance controls.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
