Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Manage the calendars of senior executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring efficient time management.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Meeting Support: Organize and facilitate meetings, including taking minutes, distributing agendas, and following up on action items.

Data Management: Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and files for easy access and retrieval.

Research: Conduct research on various topics, as required, to support decision-making and business initiatives.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the leadership team, such as filing, expense tracking, and office supply management.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or sustainability-related setting.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.

A commitment to environmental sustainability and an understanding of the company's mission.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
