Front Desk Executive

Greeting visitors:
The front desk executive is responsible for welcoming visitors to the office, making them feel comfortable, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering phone calls: The front desk executive must answer phone calls promptly and professionally, routing calls to the correct department or person and taking messages when necessary.
- Handling mail and deliveries: The front desk executive is responsible for sorting and distributing mail, packages, and other deliveries to the appropriate recipient.
- Managing appointments: The front desk executive schedules appointments for clients and employees, maintains the appointment calendar, and sends appointment reminders.
- Providing administrative support: The front desk executive may also be responsible for providing administrative support to other departments or executives, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing databases.
- Resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring security.
