We at YatriBiz is hiring for below postion
Position: Hotel Booking - Operation
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Hotel Booking Management**:
- Handle and manage all domestic and international hotel bookings for corporate clients.
- Ensure all bookings are made accurately and in a timely manner.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels to secure the best deals for clients.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Communicate with clients to understand their hotel preferences and requirements.
- Provide clients with hotel options that meet their needs and preferences.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns regarding hotel bookings.
- **System Management**:
- Utilize hotel booking systems and software to manage reservations.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all bookings and client preferences.
- Monitor and manage the availability of hotel rooms and other accommodations.
- **Vendor Relations**:
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with hotels to confirm reservations and special requests.
- Handle any disputes or issues with hotel vendors in a professional manner.
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Coordinate with other travel agents to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
- Provide clients with travel itineraries, including hotel details and confirmations.
- Assist with changes or cancellations to hotel bookings as needed.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and present reports on hotel bookings, costs, and client feedback.
- Analyze booking patterns and trends to improve service offerings.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance booking efficiency and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or travel booking, with a focus on both domestic and international reservations.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel booking systems and travel management software.
- Ability to negotiate and secure favorable rates and contracts.
- Knowledge of global travel trends and regulations.
