Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
2. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
3. Data Management:
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems, both electronic and physical
4. Office Management:
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs. -Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
5. Support to Senior Management:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating special projects and events.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as directed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
