** We are currently seeking an experienced **System Administrator** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and management of our software, hardware, and network administration.
**Responsibilities**:

- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows, Apache, and MySQL Database Management.
- Working knowledge of device access management protocols, Remote Desktop configurations, and VPN.
- Creating APIs and Services to control servers through the Web.
- Monitoring system performance to ensure smooth and secure operations.
- Good understanding of Routers, Switching, DNS, Hardware & Software Firewalls.
- Thorough knowledge of managing multiple servers (SVN, Windows Server, and Database Server).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, document problems and resolutions, prioritize issues, and assess their impact.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgraded IT infrastructure.
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in database, network administration, or system administration.
- Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
- RHCSA (RedHat), VCA (VMWare), CCNA (Cisco), or MCSA (Microsoft) Certification would be an added advantage.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
- Immediate joiners are required or Min. 15 days of Notice Period.
