**Revenue Operation Executive**

**Job Overview**:
Managing the Billing department, addressing customer and internal sales representative queries, implementing a new billing system, preparing MIS reports, collaborating with the Sales Team for invoice processes, defining and executing the billing process, and conducting quality checks on invoices and subscriptions in both the billing system and Salesforce.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the Billing department
2. Resolve the query of Customers and Internal Sales Rep across the region
3. Implement the Billing System and smooth transition from current billing system into New
billing System.
4. Prepare the MIS reports related to Invoices /Billing.
5. Closely work with the Sales Team for invoice related processes and handling their queries.
6. Defining & executing the invoice / billing process.
7. Quality checking of Invoices and subscriptions on the billing system & salesforce.

**Required Skill Se**t
- 1. Good knowledge of Billing & Accounting concepts
2. Good Knowledge of Billing Software - Zoho Books & Subscriptions, OneBill Software
3. Customer relation
4. Knowledge of US invoicing
5. Good Communication skill
6. Team Management
7. Knowledge of Salesforce.
8. Excellent Communication Skills and experience of working in the US market.
