Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree

2. 4-5 years of sales experience

3. Sales experience in Civil or related field is added advantage

Responsibilites:
1. Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.

2. Conduct sales presentation, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

5. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

6. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

7. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

8. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 9. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

10.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

11.Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

12.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

13.Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to expand networks and generate leads.

14.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

15.Continuously improve through feedback

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
