**Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist**
**Job Summary**:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing a variety of administrative tasks. They are the first point of contact for clients and guests and play a vital role in creating a positive first impression of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about the organization, answer questions, and direct visitors to the appropriate department or individual.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and follow any security protocols.
- **Phone Management**:
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Take messages and forward them in a timely manner.
- Provide basic information regarding company services or events over the phone.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff or clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper delivery or distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- **Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between clients, visitors, and internal staff members.
- Ensure clear communication between departments and relay important messages or requests.
- **Security and Safety**:
- Monitor the entrance and security systems.
- Ensure visitors follow the company’s security and safety procedures.
- Assist with emergency protocols if needed.
- **Other Duties**:
- Support other departments as required, such as handling basic office errands or assisting with event coordination.
- Help with maintaining office equipment and ordering supplies when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferably as a receptionist or administrative assistant).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
