Key Responsibilities:

- Claim Processing:

- Receive and review insurance claims submitted by clients.
- Verify policy coverage, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Assess the validity of claims based on policy terms and conditions.
- Investigate claims by gathering necessary documentation, statements, and evidence.
- Collaborate with other departments such as underwriting and legal as needed to resolve complex claims.
- Customer Service:

- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients regarding their claims.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance agents, and third-party representatives.
- Address inquiries and concerns related to claims status, coverage, and settlement processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with clients, particularly during sensitive situations.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of claim transactions, correspondence, and decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and analysis on claim trends, settlements, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding claims processing and documentation.
- Negotiation and Settlement:

- Negotiate settlements with claimants, third-party vendors, and legal representatives.
- Evaluate claim value based on factors such as damages, liability, and policy coverage.
- Make fair and informed decisions regarding claim settlements, adhering to company guidelines and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to claims management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in insurance claims processing or a related role preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and professionalism.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
