**Business Development (Sales) Intern JD**

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Intern at Onads Communications, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of digital marketing sales. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to learn the ins and outs of the industry, develop your sales skills, and contribute to the growth of our client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:Assist in identifying and researching potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media.
- **Sales Support**:Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to help position our agency effectively.
- **Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospecting efforts, and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.

**Internship tenure**:3 months
**Job Location**:Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Stipend**:10,000/ month
**Timings**:9.30 am to 6.30 pm; Monday to Friday

**Benefit**:Based on the performance the intern might be given an offer to join full-time after successfully completing the 3 month tenure of the Internship

**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
