Administration and Store Executive

Vadodara, India Ark Golden India Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Coordinate dispatch activities at plant on regular basis in coordination with production team, supply chain, transporters.
- Handling manpower at plant, coordinating with contractors or agencies, resolving any conflicts or disputes
- Maintaining inward-outward register on daily basis, tracking status in coordination with supply chain dept.
- Assisting in allotment of shift timings to all staff in coordination with dept. head
- Maintaining stock reports, GRN, conducting physical stock inspections as per guidelines.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the factory
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Retrieve documents and files when requested
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Responsible for assisting dispatching & scheduling
- Maintain dispatch documents and registers related to dispatch
- To maintain daily stock statement
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Recording information as needed.
- Managing filing system. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
- General office work & Other Administration Work
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
- **Experience : 03 - 05 Years of Relevant Experience**:

- **Qualification : Master in any field**:

- **Skill : English communication, Strong Communication Skill, Multi-tasking, Dedication, Work Ethic.**:

- **Location: Muval (Vadodara)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
