Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and fashion-forward Fashion Consultant/Sales Associates who align with Autumn's ethos and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience. As a Fashion Consultant/Sales Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers enjoy a curated shopping experience, contribute to sales growth, and foster strong relationships with our patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Styling Expertise: Offer tailored styling advice based on customer preferences and occasions.
- Customer Assistance: Guide customers through product selection, creating a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey.
- Sales Excellence: Promote new arrivals, exclusive collections, and store promotions to boost sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable store standards by ensuring an organized, aesthetic, and welcoming layout.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about fashion trends and product offerings to provide the best recommendations.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold customer satisfaction.
- Designer Outreach: Identify and onboard new designers whose aesthetics align with Autumn’s vision.
- Marketing Input: Strategise and participate in marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and footfall.
Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and an eye for emerging trends.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but freshers with enthusiasm are welcome
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
