**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calling to potential customers with the aim of identifying sales opportunities.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to engage prospects, pitch products or services, and overcome objections.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and identifying potential customer needs.
- Build and maintain a database of leads, contacts, and sales activities in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge through training and self-development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar insider sales or cold calling role.
- Fluency in Marathi or Telugu language is compulsory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, cold calling strategies, and lead generation practices.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive and resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
