Female Telemarketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions.
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow scripts or sales techniques to promote our offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Enter and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Identify and escalate issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote customer retention.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging customers and diffuse tense situations effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or customer databases.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
