Job Title: Telecalling Sales Representative - Vodafone

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecalling Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on Vodafone products and services. As a Telecalling Sales Representative, you will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, promoting Vodafone's offerings, and persuading them to purchase our products and services. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Vodafone products and services.

Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Provide accurate information about Vodafone's products, pricing, and promotions.

Persuade customers to make purchases and upsell additional products or services.

Handle objections and address customer concerns effectively to close sales.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vodafone's product offerings and industry trends.

Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in outbound sales or telecalling, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales aptitude and persuasive abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
