In Fraud Risk Product, we get to be super heroes every day. Our mission first and foremost is to protect our customers and our firm from fraudsters and their relentless attacks. We collaborate with our strategy and technology partners to deliver new products and services that either leverage internal/external data and uses leading edge new technical capabilities like Amazon Web Services and Machine Learning to fight fraud. At the core is a fraud data ecosystem that provides timely, accurate data to the decision engines.

As a Product Business Analyst, you will leverage your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to gain insight into the business priorities in order to translate their needs into product requirements for the Technology development teams. You will be accountable for each incremental feature that is developed, the final product, and take a primary role in inspecting and evaluating the product's progress through each iteration. Hands on experience in story writing and product development, and a keen eye toward program, project, and analysis completion to meet deadlines are vital for success in this role. - Manage, develop and continued enhancement of Key data strategy initiatives in key Fraud areas to provide best-in-class data for our fraud decision engines
- Collaborate with business & technology teams to refine and update Fraud Risk Data Product backlog
- Gather business requirements and document them to support agile software development
- Create mapping documents to facilitate analysis and understanding for tech teams
- Create functional specification or other similar documents/artifacts to help agility teams understand what they should build to meet business needs
- Support Fraud Risk analytical users in consuming data from our fraud risk data pond
- Support all controls related activities surrounding data use, data management, and data governance

**Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum qualifications are a Master's Degree or comparable level of work experience in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Risk Management, Quantitative Analytics, or Product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, product management, Finance, Risk Management or Marketing is preferred
- Hands on experience in Agile methodologies, story writing and product development
- Knowledge of standard data warehousing structures and retrieval techniques from relational databases including Teradata and Oracle is preferred
- Strong problem solving skills and track record for developing creative solutions
- Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set expectations, manage to timelines and deliver results

**Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications**

The following additional items will be considered but are not required for this role
- Knowledge of SAS or SQL programming language including: Base SAS, SAS Macro language, SQL, etc. strongly desirable
