Designation: Hr Executive
location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
experience : min 2 yrs
salary range: 20000 to 25000
**HR Works:
- **
1. Payroll preparation, attendance & leave management, office time management
2. Handling Statutory Compliances and compliance issues through consultant like PF, ESI
4. Query and grievances handling of the Employees.
6. Preparing MIS and following up with the Business Development Manager.
7. Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters & Confirmation Letters.
8. Induction and joining formalities.
9. Taking Exit-Interview and Issuing Reliving letters & full and final statement of existing employees.
10. Participating and Discussing with Management regarding the new policies.
11. Maintaining the records of the employee by maintaining their personal file.
12. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and paperwork
13. Co
- ordinate internal meetings and seminar.
14. Facility management
15. Safety Policy implementation
16. Labour welfare activities
18. Statutory Activities
19. Liaison with Govt.
20. Performance appraisal
21. Maintaining Insurance Renewal Sheets for the Employees
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- HR: 2 years (preferred)
