HR Payroll Executive

Job Description:
Payroll Processing:
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data for payroll processing.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
- Verifying all payroll inputs such as hours worked, bonuses, commissions, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll.
- Generating reports on payroll expenses, taxes, and deductions.
- Handling all aspects of payroll tax filings and reporting.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Handling employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
- Administering employee benefits programs related to payroll deductions.
- Assisting employees with benefit-related questions and issues.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to payroll systems and processes.
- Staying updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
- Working closely with HR colleagues and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Communicating effectively with employees regarding payroll-related matters.
- Conducting regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy.
- Reconciling payroll accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements
- Experience of 3+ years (Jewellery Industry Exposure is a plus)
- Good Knowledge of any Payroll Software
- Excellent grip on excel
- Any graduate
- Collaborative and problem solving
- Positive & Self-Motivated
Benefits
- Salary Budget - Up to 35,000
- Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
- Shift: Monday - Saturday (9.00 to 6.00pm), 2nd and 4th Saturday off
