**SUMMARY**

The Salesforce Admin will have to be a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- User support tickets
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Monitor user adoption.
- User training and creating training materials.
- Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.

- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development.
- Active in the Salesforce community.
- Testing (unit and systems) and debugging as required.
- A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements.
- A good work ethic, ready to absorb best practice from the team.
- Demonstrates continued personal/professional development.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
- Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with mínimal supervision.
- Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving; detail oriented.
- Flexibility to work overtime.
