A prominent entertainment channel known for its diverse and engaging content, is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as Associate Vice President (AVP) of Marketing. As the AVP Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's narrative and enhancing its market presence.

**What will you do?**:

- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Devising the Brand Building & Positioning Strategy
- Define the modes of Marketing: Brand / Channel & Show
- Build & Maximise Channel & Show Reach
- Plan and finalise the Marketing Plan as per the show slate
- Digital Connect Plan: Maximisation
- Trade Partner Tie-ups: Design and Execution
- Revenue Team Support Strategy
- **
Budget management**:

- Optimize the marketing budgets by innovative tie ups, negotiation with vendors & cost sharing models
- **
360-degree marketing**:

- Ideate and pitch solutions across various platforms (television, radio, OOH, digital, print, merchandise, trade branding) to increase brand reach
- Create sponsorship clientele for in show integration opportunities
- Conceptualize and drive on ground brand activations, focused on Rural & Tier III & IV markets to ensure maximum connect with the potential viewers
- Drive social media coverage and impact through relevant posts & content/trailers
- Explore & execute Distributor / Retailer partnerships to drive Brand reach
- **Media Alliances & Partnerships**:

- Strategically identify & use media alliances across platforms (TV, radio, print, digital, on ground integrations) to create an effective marketing mix thereby increasing the overall impact and penetration of campaigns
- Find new avenues and tie-ups (barters & sponsorships) to increase reach of marketing campaign
- **
Team management**:

- Work with the HR partner to create an engaged team
- Review performance on regular basis
- Ensure optimum levels of engagement through appropriate recognition channels
- Provide inputs to the HR Partner to create a workforce plan in alignment with the overall business plan for the BU, highlighting future staffing and skill requirements
- Applicants with 12-15 Years of Work Experience in the field
- Applicants holding a MBA in Marketing from a reputed Business School
- Individuals experienced with conceptualisation and execution of 360-degree marketing plans across traditional and non
- traditional media
- Individuals with significant expertise in conceptualising & executing marketing activities focused towards rural, tier III and tier IV markets across North & Central India
- Understanding of the market /consumer belonging to the UP-MP-Bihar-Jharkhand belt is preferable
- Experience across FMCG / Telecom / Auto / Farming material or equipment / Construction materials / BFSI is preferable
